No changes can be made after submitting your request. 2. Once the flights are booked we will send you the e-ticket as confirmation. KLM will do all possible to confirm your flights subject to the following: Prize includes one pair of economy class return tickets to either Rio de Janeiro / Tokyo or San Francisco from either Aberdeen / Edinburgh or Glasgow via Amsterdam incl. taxes with KLM Each pair of return tickets must be used together. No changes of companion allowed once tickets have been issued. Both passengers must travel together. An adult must accompany any child or infant. Latest day for booking must be 15 December 2014. No extension of the date or change of destination will be allowed from those specified in the letter. Winners are advised to book as far in advance as possible to increase likelihood of availability. Tickets are non-refundable. Travel to be completed by 01 June 2015. Prize tickets not available between 15 December 2014 and 15 January 2015.
