My last complaint was a failed PAC in, I ended up with a payg user number on contract, they resolved it but I ended up being billed the payg rate of 12p a text from UK to UK when my account showed calls in another continent...they argued they were mine! From another time zone 9 hours away LOL

I'd go into the store with a pair of handcuffs, chain myself to the desk and refuse to leave until it is sorted out. I'd also tip off the local newspaper too before you went down there. I bet it'd be sorted in an instant.

Sally, I sadly have nothing that I can advise you to do other than to RUN FOR THE HILLS. Nice been with Vodafone for Donkeys years and TBH it's done to laziness that I'm still with them, however, when my current contract is up, I will be cancelling. I suffer constant signal problems, never get calls but do get text message telling me I have a voice mail - it's utter tosh!

Go to anyone other than Vodafone.
