Does the address on the council form identically match what Equifax have? Check also Noddle (for free) and see what they think

Nope, normal address. Its showing fine on Noddle and Experian, they're both showing no issues, it's just Equifax who have the problem and trying to speak to the foreign call centre who just keep reading off a script and apologising is driving me mad :mad:
