Flight delay compensation.....

New to these forums so go easy on me......!!!


We had an unfortunate experience about 3 years ago with an airline called Sky Wings, who were flying us from Birmingham to Zante. According to the weekly email it would appear that we qualify for the flight delay compensation. Unfortunately, I'm fairly certain that Sky Wings has ceased trading (unless anyone knows otherwise). If this is the case is there any other way of trying to pursue a claim (maybe from an insurance company, the holiday company or an industry ombudsman) or did our chances die with the airline?
