Lego Advent Calendars

I got a Lego Friends calendar last year from Argos, reduced from £20 to £10. They also had the Lego City ones for about the same. Funnily enough the Lego Friends calendars they are selling look the same as the one I already have!
I think they reduced them around mid December tbh and went out of stock really quickly.0 -
There are a few lego advent calendars in the Boots 3 for 2 offer.

I made my own out of little lego sets last year- my son loved it but it cost more than the ready made one, at least £30. This year I plan on doing a slimmed down version with some days having chocolate and using the saved up free lego kits from the newspapers on other days. I need something to put it in though as last year I used a lot of little envelopes.0

Just ordered from Amazon - £14·59 compared to £19·99 direct from Lego.
I did find a Hello Kitty mini figure advent calendar in TKMax for a fiver last year. I spent most of December rescuing the stupid bits from inside the vacuum!
The lego calendars have now gone up to £19·89 on Amazon!
Quite an increase in 8 hours.0 -
My 4 year old is perfectly happy with a random picture each day. You know the drill a drum on day 1, mittens day2, etc0

Thanks everyone. I saw them today in the Entertainer and my mum thought they were a waste of money, reminding me that my girls don't even like lego that much! So it's chocolate all the way me thinks!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
