Energy Switching to N Power

Has anyone else had massive issues with NPower? My 12 months is now up and still they have not sorted my gas switch over..despite moving to another supplier.I have emailed the chief exec, submitted a meter reading, they even have my direct debit running for my electricity.Do I have any rights for their total incompetence??
