Also, op - tough lesson for you at your age as this is, you'll not forget it now.

You'd better prepare yourself for raised insurance premium, too.

You're a new mser, so use Martin's Insurance Checker to give yourself the best deal possible:

op - don't rely on a black box. All these aids, are just that: AIDS - supplements, not substitutes for your skills and control.
YOU, and only you, are the driver, the only one responsible for driving your vehicle.

This is my Much Older Than You finger wagging moment. I suspect you have done it to yourself since, more than once.

I do hope your job remains yours. Would it be wise to be upfront with your employer at this stage, or is that a non-starter? Fingers crossed for you.

He says they were in the same spot, so same police officer, same camera therefore presumably same police area!
Good spot but police officer? If it was a camera van then the chances are that it was a civilian operator.

+1 for ampersand's suggestions. The best tool in terms of staying legal is, of course, the Mark 1 Eyeball. Comes as standard and well used will beat most electronic aids.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

    Unmarked cop apparently.

This is also on the main motoring board and I think the OP should now have all the information they need. They have also been directed to Pepipoo and their grammar has been addressed :)
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?

Sorry, I forget to mention the other identical thread the OP started. In there he states it was "an undercover cop"...

To be honest how anyone could be so stupid as to be caught a second time on the same day in the same spot, is beyond me! Perhaps it would be better for this individual to learn the hard way and have their licence taken away for a while, before they injure or kill someone.

Everyone bumping their gums here, other than the OP. He/she has posted in the Motoring section and is responding there.

I'd be inclined to let this drift away, with anyone eager to make contributions to do it over on 'Motoring'. After all, 'speeding' is nothing to do with 'parking' (contradiction in terms). :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The joy of an internet argument is that everyone watching is a winner, but none of the participants.
