Two speeding tickets in one day

Hi everyone, new to the forum but i feel this is the best place for me to come to. Hopefully I get mature answers, but basically i got caught speeding twice! in the same spot I'm 18 years old and have a black box. i was going 36 whilst braking from a 60mph zone and going 38mph going accelerating a little too fast before the 60mph zone. So what are my chances of getting a speed awareness course for one of the offences? I cant loose my licence other wise I loose my job and would be horrible.
Many thanks

I had 2 Windscreens in 1 Day
I had 2 Speeding fines in 1 day.
I was just a lot youngerThere are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times:A UK Resident :A0 -
I'd love to know how you can 'loose' a licence and 'loose' a job!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -

So there are at least two people on this thread who don't know the difference between 'lose' (which is the opposite of 'win' and I'm sure is what the OP meant) and 'loose' which is the opposite of 'tight'!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).

Welcome to 21st Century spelling Spidernick - if the spell check doesn't see any error - it must be right - innit bro.

@OP
It would seem that you have received two NIP's (Notices of Intended Prosecution) although you have not specified that.
You should return both identifying yourself as the driver - making sure you sign the forms and return them within the 28 days you have to reply (from the date of your receiving them).
Both offences are within the speed awareness course threshold but you are only entitled to attend one (in a rolling 3 year period) so one will cost you the course fee whilst the other is likely to see a COFP sent to you and will carry 3 points.
The situation might become a little complicated (in respect of the offer of speed awareness course) if these offences occurred in differing police areas but I suggest you simply play it by ear.
HTHMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
