    I was given a trial size of Hills renal.

    Zoo plus do the Hills as well, might be worth looking online at various sites as food seems more expensive via the vets.

    Enjoy your picnic - hope the weather near you is better than ours. It’s not as bad as last week but has rained on and off all day.

    Oh Beanie - you've been having a torrid time of it :eek:

    As is my custom, I've gone back over 10 pages to catch up and it just seemed to be getting worse and worse! I am so glad that you have reverted to using smiley faces over the last couple of days, there is light at the end of the tunnel :)

    I am scunnered at your comments re. FB getting busier all the time. I wouldn't consider myself to be overly political, but I can't see Br3xit improving things in terms of wealth and security for normal people. When I was taking the plane back from Malta there was a Daily M@il? article/opinion piece that someone a few rows in front of me was reading suggesting that nobody in the UK lives in "real" poverty. I felt like setting their newspaper on fire :mad:

    RIP fur baby - I hope you get to avoid the vet for a while :grouphug:

    Also, late to the party I know, but never assume for one moment that bad things happen to you because you're a bad person or deserve them. Bad things happen because they do. When I was younger, I used to feel that the worst things happened to the kindest people, but I can see now that that was a fairly childish view. Bad things happen to all of us, we just feel more empathy when they happen to people that we know are lovely ;)

    Yes, things have been a tad rough it has to be said.
    Anyway I am still standing ( & falling:rotfl::eek:)
    Anyone who thinks no one lives in poverty needs to spend one day in a food bank & they will see things very differently.
    When people come in & are grabbing biscuits from the table because they are so hungry it is a very real reality :mad::mad::(:(

    I agree with Edinburgher about caring more about bad things happening to nice people, and also about real poverty existing. I'd have wanted to set fire to the newspaper too :mad:.

    I hope you enjoy your picnic Beanie and I'm glad best boy got on all right at the vet :).

    The weather was ok & the rain stayed off til we were just about finished which was good.
    Good day but I am tired now.
    Fell earlier too. Bah.

    I would say stock if you have a pick up point near by.
    Think about tinned fruit, tinned custard/rice, fruit juice/dilluting juice, tinned tuna, tinned meat, tinned potatoes, biscuits.
    HTH. :)
