Is it now done & I hope that Miss J will now be running high over rainbow bridge.
She was not happy & had to be sedated before it was finally done.
It seemed to take forever.
Will miss you sweetie.

Oh beanie, yes, you must be absolutely shattered. Miss J didn't suffer badly, remember, you did this to avoid that because you knew it was inevitable in the future. She was sad this morning, as you say, because she was already ill. But she knew you, she trusted you, she enjoyed living with you.

It won't feel like it but you've done the best thing for her, it hasn't been an easy decision for you I know. Better than letting her suffer. I let my old boy go on too long purely for selfish reasons, I was afraid to let him go
