    I think you watched Nadiya Hussain's documentary on anxiety. She talked about the effect of childhood bullying on her. Negativity and bullying in childhood definately impact on your ability to have a clear balanced view of self IMHO.

    Hi Beanie, how is your chin now after the fall, hope it is healing up?

    I hope you are able to see your way to getting a scooter soon. I always think that independence is a state of mind. Physical ability can change over time so using 'technology or 'stuff' is not giving in, its just helping to facilitate mobility or whatever.

    The problem with my chin is part of the scabby bit is right on a crease line & it keeps cracking open open.
    But certainly it is getting better :)
