Fell down a kerb.
Hurt my left side a bit.

So have been to see GP with DS in tow!!!
So have been referred to a falls clinic at my local hospital.
As GP pointed out(which I knew) that I cannot continue to fall that many times without breaking something :eek:
On the tiredness/fatigue fronts to pace myself more~~if I do any less I will break down :eek: :rotfl:
So I can do less without feeling so guility/bad about it.

So we will see.

Pacing is good - I can plan all sorts of things, but if I feel tired - like I felt tired this afternoon, though I'd just done a bit of cleaning and sat with a client for a couple of hours - I do nothing. I sit myself down in front of a dvd and just stop, can't do anything else

So pleased the driver helped you - hope the fall clinic can give you some help and advice, as it must be really unnerving not knowing when you will go with a bump. Shows guts that you still keep going out - brave lady. It's not giving in using aids - it's enabling you to stay upright
