    So have had leak repaired & the gutters repaired & replaced in part.
    So glad it is done. I am hopeful of getting a grant towards part of the cost. Anyway feel so much better now that it is done..
    Still no bedroom carpet.
    My energy levels are very very low & pain levels are quite high.
    I will keep plodding ;)

    Sorry you're in such pain, beanie, that must be so horrible - I hate the aches, thats bad enough. Glad you've got the house safe and secure though.

    Nothing is finished as yet.
    Hate the yellowy cream colour so gave in and bought more paint today in B & Q who had Dulux on offer for 9 quid.
    Looked in more carpet shops & fell in one-- boo.
