Morning Beanie, your cough has certainly got a grip of you hasn't it :( Hope you manage to get out today for a bit of fresh air and to pick up the bits you need.

Will the lodger be self sufficient with food, washing etc? Just thinking that as nice as the money would be, you don't sound up to taking on extra work at the moment. xx

Glad you're feeling up to leaving the house Beanie :)

I think most local hairdressers and beauty salons are closed on Mondays. Probably not city centre ones though. It can be inconvenient at times but I realise it's probably to give their staff a weekend off of sorts.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • I'm glad you had a short outing Beanie, that always cheers me up. It will be very nice to get the fence painted :).

I hope that naughty cough of yours clears soon, they can linger and linger unfortunately.

Great to read you've managed to get out for a short while :) Love that you'll obviously be starting as you mean to go on with the lodger :rotfl: Wish I'd done that with the DC's :o

I'm having my hair cut on Wednesday so I will try and remember to remind you to book yourself in.

It's raining and freezing here. Back to typical British weather this week :D xx
