    And I totally agree that you're not a wimp :eek: of course not! Pain, regular pain, is so destructive, I know that from personal experience with my shoulder. But I was able to expect that my shoulder would heal, 85% chance of healing completely - and yours isn't like that, I'm sorry to say :( so the psychological effect is much worse too :( I'm sorry honey. With the spasms as well, everyday life becomes *really*, really difficult for you, and all your supporters on here understand that.

    Milky coffee is an absolute must. It also needs to have a good spoon of sugar in if I'm going to enjoy it. :D

    Constant pain is not to be under-estimated on our mental well being. It completely grinds you down. I do want to say, because you might not realise this, that regardless of how you're obviously feeling you always come across as positive and your kindness and helpfulness towards other people is just fantastic. xx
