    Sorry to hear that :(. I find antiseptic throat spray helps to numb sore throats and kill germs. Do you have any of that?

    :(. It's worth having some in your cupboard for when sore throats strike as they numb the pain and help you to get to sleep at night. Boots version is cheaper than the branded versions.

    Have you got honey and lemon you could drink?
