Aww Beanie, sorry to read you're feeling fed up. Did you used to see your friend regularly or is it just knowing they're not close by any more that's making it seem worse?
You always ask people if there's anything you can help with when they say they're worried, so is there anything any of us can do?
If you think about everything you've done the past few weeks to help people out that should bring a smile to your face.

Not feeling in control is the worst feeling, whether it's health, mental health, finance, family or any one of the multitude of things that affect us all differently. I know you've been struggling with pain for a while
When there's no let up from it, it can really grind you down.

I agree that not being in control can feel like the worst thing. I can understand you feeling a bit fed up at the moment. You're missing your friend, worried about Miss J and being on a tight budget doesn't help.
