Good news about the refund on the flowers. Regarding the stamps, PLMBL sums it up perfectly. x

For the postage stamps for charity work, yes, of course, claim them! Donating your time doesn't automatically mean you donate your money too - which is what you're doing if you pay for those stamps. Thats not fair on you, beanie, don't do it.

Beanie, with regard to your muscles and how tight and how sore they are, does self massage help? With oil, not talc?

    Thanks Karmcat :)

Self massage makes no difference, sometimes I think it makes it worse.

Sorry the self massage thing doesn't work for you, beanie :(

In any case, sleep well, see you in the morning :)

  • What Karmacat said re stamps. You donate what you can afford to donate, in your case it's time, in mine it's money. No sense in stressing either of us to give what we don't have.

Good to hear about the flower refund.

I just worry my diary gets more disability related.

To be honest, that's not a bad thing if it helps you, as it also helps people understand what people with disabilities have to deal with in reality.

I think you should claim for the stamps too.
