    Basically in a nut shell as I have a lifetime disability there is really very little he can do realistically & I know that as he does.
    Painkillers & muscle relaxants are it really.
    Nothing he can do other than listen & help where he can.

    Injections when muscle spasms are good as crawling to the toilet is not ideal. Wont even touch on the rest.
