Thank you my lovely readers.

A strange day today.
One of my close friends is moving next week & I have seen her for the last time before she moves.
I know we will keep in touch & still see each other but it wont be the same.
My heart hurts

May I echo what others have already said - that voice isn't seeing you as we all do. Also, is there anyone you can talk to about it? People are telling me that I've noticeably changed over the last few months and a lot of that is from having had some counselling and begun to wriggle free of old patterns and voices.

Sorry to hear your friend is moving. I hope it turns out your heart doesn't need to hurt so much.

MOst of the time I am ok.
Just have had too much going on this week I think.

I will just miss my friend a lot.
But it will be fine xx

Sorry to hear you're feeling down Beanie. I imagine it's been quite a hard week for you, dealing with the charity winding up and now your friend moving away.

I've only been on here a short while but already it's obvious what a kind person you are and how you genuinely feel for other people who find themselves in difficult circumstances. We're all very lucky to have you. xx

Beanie you are amazing , always have time for everyone on here ,helpful when needed. If I was coming to Scotland in my own car at Easter I would have done the 70 miles and come to see you .

I think this week has been all downs rather than ups , I hope you have a good snow free weekend.
