    Oh beanie! I know that feeling, about it eating away inside you :( sorry to hear its got you in its grip right now. For me, when I'm like that (its my self talk that can cause problems) the most I can do is stand under a shower and enjoy the heat, but even that can cause further problems. Hope you can find a way forward from it really soon :kisses3:

    I agree! You are so hard on yourself Beanie. You achieve so much against great odds. You never stop plodding now matter what the odds, and look at the lovely DS you have raised.
