    Oh beanie! I know that feeling, about it eating away inside you :( sorry to hear its got you in its grip right now. For me, when I'm like that (its my self talk that can cause problems) the most I can do is stand under a shower and enjoy the heat, but even that can cause further problems. Hope you can find a way forward from it really soon :kisses3:
