 Fell earlier.
 Then once I got home I got really emotional for some reason & just cried & cried.

            In better news another mortgage & loan payment gone.
 Another incredibly tight month due to the very many expenses of the MRes graduation.

            Beanie, it’s ok to cry, so many times you fall and get back up and get on with it, your body lets you, but sometimes it just wants to express the frustration of being battered and bruised yet again.
 I hope tonight is a medicinal gin night, as well as slathering on plenty of arnica cream on those bruises xAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
