    Am still plodding.
I know that feeling ... sadly, with my symptoms, its a case of "if you stop plodding, you actually feel worse" - its very tiring. Hope you can balance it all out in the right way for you.
Was away for a fantastic buddhist weekend which was great.
    That sounds great - mindfulness?
    Weather here tis dire :(
Seriously thinking about putting heating on ~~ In July!!!!
My mum had the heating on, round Lancashire way, the week before we went to Norfolk.
Seem to be hemorrhaging money at the moment so I am getting very stressed :(
I had to send some euros to France today, so I *had* to look at my reserves of money. Stressful, yes, unfortunately :( but you've got quite a few demands on you financially that I just don't have. Hope you're managing okay.

  • Hello Lou!

I have only just found your diary so popper over to cheer you on, as you always cheer me on!

I'm interested in your Buddhist weekend, I'm only just getting into mindfulness. It's amazing the stories our minds spin.

Hope you're ok, pop your head in and say hello.

Sorry to hear things are tough right now. Sometimes life can be flipping awful, people always say to me I'm like a swan, but really if they knew, I'm flipping my legs like the clappers just to stay afloat.

Happy Sunday. Hope you feel better soon, I'm cheering you on.
