Ds had escorted me to a shop & then went to get a haircut. Only moved a few yards & down I go.
Unfortunatly there were people from my mums office near by.

Take a break by all means but only if it makes things easier for you. If it's just cause you're worried you'll bring people down, don't be. We are all here for you and we do care about you so if you need to come here and vent or moan, do it.
