    So sick of it.
    No word from physio.
    Will try again Monday.

    In other news I have applied to council to have my wheelie bins lifted as an assisted lift.
    Feel a failure but there is a slight slope up my path to where they are picked up & have fallen doing it.
    It is difficult in bad weather & last week I had to try to do it using a zimmer which was not ideal.
