- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £215,607
- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

I would ask if I wanted it done and wouldn't think that would be an out of order request
If it's not being done there could be lots of reasons such as they're nervous about what to use to clean where animals will eat, or they didn't want to interfere with that personal domain, or they simply haven't 'seen' it
