Oh Beanie, you are not worthless, please do not think such things. You are so supportive to all of us and have certainly helped me keep going on this journey xxx

I've been mortgage free once, so let's do it again!

Dearest Beanielou I have no advice but I do understand and genuinely know how you feel. You are not worthless, you matter to so many of us.

Oh, actually, I do have an idea. As you know from my thread I've really been struggling with my mental health and have a GP who is totally disinterested and a surgery that outsources MH to an app 😡 but one of the things that did happen following my acerbic comments re said app was to be given a list of resources in the area. Mostly unhelpful but one I loved - couldn't use because I run my own business and couldn't see how to make the time alongside everything else going on - could your GP signpost you to a list of mental health resources in the area?

Whatever you are not worthless, your kindness has clearly helped many people on this forum - and it has certainly helped me. Hang in there. Hugs.

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Sorry you are feeling low at the moment, it's really hard when MH is suffering. I just want to echo what everyone else is saying, You are not at all worthless and you do contribute so much to so many people's lives xx

  • I’ve been there beanie, my MH often follows my physical health. Especially when declining mobility and increased pain mean the little extras that help make life feel worthwhile go out the window because all you can manage is survival. You’re not alone. And I second everyone else here - you’ve been a huge help along my journey and you’ve contributed so much to so many. You’re a big part of the community and I’m so glad you’re here
