The seller has said they will send two more. Let’s see.
I am still struggling with my MH at the moment and feel everything is like wading through treacle. I have no faith in my surgery & their MH support. They seem to be only interested in whether you intend to take your life and other than that you are on own. How I miss my sadly missed retired GP.
I just no longer seem to have any mental resilience and I’m worn out. Oh beanie 🫂 big hugs. I've felt similar to where you're at recently, health issues seem to make everything worse. When you've got your health you can make the best of most other things but without that it feels it impacts every part of your life including mental health. Have you tried somewhere like the Samaritans that you can ring? Or there are ones that you can text I've heard too which might be helpful to you on a low day. Xx

Thanks. There are lots of things contributing to how I feel. Some of which I cannot do much if anything about. I struggle as I lose more mobility & am less active. It’s too much bother a lot of the time to make arrangements and even when I do I end up calling off. I feel unproductive & non contributing. I have had to wait extra long for my next shoulder injection This all impacts on my quality of life & how worthless I feel.

Sorry to hear about the broken pasta bowls, I hope they get replaced.
Also sorry you’re feeling so low. We also had a brilliant GP who sadly retired and replaced by ones that have no personal knowledge or interest in you.
Have you tried affirmations or meditations to help with your MH. There are some lovely ones on the FitOn app which is free to use and no ads. I’ve found they help me cope when Mr SA is stressing me out.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
beanie please stop selling yourself short. Sometimes when I feel like getting out of bed is more hassle than it’s worth, I read about all the things you do and how you keep plodding and I am humbled. You truly are inspiring.

Oh young bean, my heart goes out to you. It is so shoddy feeling like this.
-You are loved and cared about by your son and mum and your friends and all of us on here
-If there are external factors bringing you down, then as you say, some you can't do anything about, so focusing on any little things that might make you feel more physically or mentally well puts you in a better position for if you can help in future. The things you can't do much about means you can do a little something about so that's well good, little somethings go a big way
-It is sh*te that you're losing more mobility and I won't put gloss over it, I absolutely hear you on feeling lesser and lesser as a person and more and more worried and little. I can only send lots of love and say you are not less or little to us and many people. Is there a reputable online help group or forum you can join in in for your specific condition?
-I completely get feeling like the person who is always sketchy about meeting or cancels, but we cannot allow ourselves to be people who do nothing because what we know is too much. Can you invite mates over to yours more often, can you see if anyone's up for drinks and zoom call of an evening, can you think of a place nearby you could drive to for a coffee and a stare at a bush to get some greenery in your eyes with a pal
-You are not unproductive, you keep on plodding, and that's all anyone is doing even if they are in a more privileged health position. Keep on plodding
-You contribute so much. Even if your whole life was this forum, which it isn't, the way you bother to care and post on other people's diaries is genuinely making a difference, to people's lives and thus also society
-Having to wait extra long for shoulder injection is horrid and I'm sorry. Hopefully it'll be sorted soon and while you're there you can enquire about any possible contingency plans
You're doing grand gal

I too miss my old GP. She actually used to look at you when you were answering her.
PiP always puts these things so well.
