As for SW - what made you start going? How will you feel in six months if you haven't lost anything? No wrong answer to that - if you'll be fine, perhaps just stop going for now. If you'll be really annoyed with yourself, it's time to focus. I say that as someone who wavers a lot! But I've felt so much better since I started focusing after Christmas. Last couple of weeks my mind had been elsewhere but I've been annoyed with myself, so I'm really trying to pull myself round and now writing everything I eat on my group's little Facebook page 🙈😂 helping to keep me accountable!
