Absolute fail today. Had messaged physio last night to pre warn her I wasent feeling my best. Went to bed early. Slept ok for me but woke up early. Then unfortunately went back to sleep to only wake up with the phone ringing. So we agreed to leave today. I think she was worried as of course I had told her I was feeling unwell. She had been looking in the windows 🤦♀️
