My mum is going home tomorrow. The six weeks are up. Hopefully my friend is going to come with us to help get her settled in. Just over a month since my head injury and I think I finally might be be starting to feel more like myself but am still feeling very tired. 😴

It is great that you could be there for your mum. After all you have both been through recently lovely you could enjoy a birthday meal out. Onwards and upwards

Glad your mum is ready to go home, bet you both are too! You've been brilliant, no matter how much you love someone it doesn't mean bodies and minds are able to magically conjure up extra energy and ability. Especially when they have falls and head injuries! Hopefully you'll be able to utilise some quiet time to rest and decompress and recover without worrying about anyone else's needs for a wee while now
