- OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May.
Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026

I'm so glad you had a nice break away.
The heat is good for my bad neck my pain is way less in this weather, but it's just tooooo hot for me overall 🥵 especially when trying to do physical jobs.Emergency Fund goal - £1000/2000
