4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

I'm sorry your anxiety is getting the better of you ☹️ what awful neighbours to have caused this in you. Absolutely despicable.
Have you tried breathing exercises to help you distract. Every time a worry pops into your head stop it dead in it's tracks and start box breathing - count a breath in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4 and breathe in again repeating until your breathing slows and you've stopped worrying. Use a mantra or something to help calm yourself like peace or calm....or everything is working out just fine. ❤️❤️❤️Emergency Fund goal - £1000/2000
