Have you tried breathing exercises to help you distract. Every time a worry pops into your head stop it dead in it's tracks and start box breathing - count a breath in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4 and breathe in again repeating until your breathing slows and you've stopped worrying. Use a mantra or something to help calm yourself like peace or calm....or everything is working out just fine. ❤️❤️❤️Mortgage Overpayments 2024/25 - September-December, £152.46.
