Just finished catching up with your diary beanie. Words fail me over the awful neighbour! What an ****hole! As others have said, hopefully things will soon be concluded. Couldn't believe also that his reason for the wall is to stop your cats jumping into his garden. A basic knowledge of zoology is definitely not his forte!
Still I'm glad to read your new kitchen is in and your lovely lodger has returned!
