    Watching the end of Grease. That certainly takes me back!  
    Some of it is very dated but the music is good.

    Is there anything you can do to negotiate with the council?

    As at 15.08.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 46 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 28th August
    Produce tracker: £353 of £300 in 2025

    I just finished watching that too...it makes me feel very old, I thought it was still quite vibrant and well madeXXX

    I have already negotiated sadly. The arrears were originally due to paid in one instalment. They then suggested over 3 months & I managed to get them to 12 months.

    I hope that once you get into the SOA some easy savings ‘pop out’ and it’s not too painfully tight for you next year … 🤞
