Oh that sounds dire and a lot of money to pay out 😞 When Mr SA had a carer it was funded partly by the NHS and partly by adult social care so we didn’t have to pay anything towards it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
(If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
5) SIPP £5K updated 10/10/252 -

Feeling more like myself.Have had a couple of further conversations with the council & have reached agreement with them to pay the amount due over a longer period of time. I also have to pay another amount from January to cover from January.I am totally scunnered & things are going to be incredibly tight. Don’t believe the crap in the media about people who are disabled getting pots of money. What a nightmare beanie. It really feels like we're in some kind of dystopia, with the media etc talking about disability and benefits vs the reality for actual disabled people. I worry for the future.Debt at LBM (Dec 2018): £23,167
