    Glad you had time with friends - and hugely impressed too at the 7 bags of textiles recycled. Glad you are managing to get nice MSE solutions to your spare bedroom furniture needs too.

    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £39.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 45.2K of £127.5K target 35.4% 8/5/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 67.1K or 52.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    I have managed a little more decluttering while sitting down. 
    Any ideas for what to do with all the excess pens I have? Just seems a shame to chuck them.

  • Any kind of advice centre, drop in centre or homeless hostels always need pens.  Lots of form filling to be done
    Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st 1lb determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Progress not perfection.:T100%through my 1% mortgage challenge. 100% through my pb challenge. I’m not perfect but I’m good enough.
