So I gone down to fortnightly at the shop.It is really too much for me & it’s cold 🥶 which is not good for me.I feel I am letting myself down but it is what it is.My pain levels are high & I am really struggling.My hip & my shoulder are continuing to give me problems.I have started my Chrimbo shopping.I am just loving the light up tins from M & S.
