    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May. 
    Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026

    On the light up tins - you could always use bottle lights inside after - I got mine on Am**** or the Bay for an average of £1 each - you can then get batteries for them. There are options where you could put a usb light inside which are a few pound dearer.

    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £39.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 45.2K of £127.5K target 35.4% 8/5/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 67.1K or 52.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    Sorry to hear you're struggling so badly with falls and pain, beanie, that sounds awful.

    Supermarket deliveries are amazing!  I bought a birthday gift at JL last week, and it's been delivered to my local WR - gives me the chance to really stock up on my tinned butterbeans, the ones I'm addicted to 😂

    Sorry to read of another fall Beanie, sending gentle hugs, prayers and positive vibes. Doing nothing except reading and getting cat cuddles sounds like an excellent solution.
