    The chair Pilates sounds like it may be helpful. I know you have been doing the chair yoga for a while - do you prefer one over the other?

    Falls coming in batches is probably because the first one shakes your confidence a bit and makes you - even if subconsciously - behave differently, move differently etc, and that in turn means you are more likely to lose balance etc as your body tries to compensate for both soreness from the earlier fall and different patterns of movement. I may be wrong on that, but it would seem to make sense?
