The chair Pilates sounds like it may be helpful. I know you have been doing the chair yoga for a while - do you prefer one over the other?

I think I prefer the yoga but no one seems to be doing chair yoga classes now but all of a sudden there are chair Pilates. I am also on a waiting list for another chair Pilates class which is more local.The thing about the Pilates is that it seems to get more difficult every week.Miss S is a beautiful girl 😻

Falls coming in batches is probably because the first one shakes your confidence a bit and makes you - even if subconsciously - behave differently, move differently etc, and that in turn means you are more likely to lose balance etc as your body tries to compensate for both soreness from the earlier fall and different patterns of movement. I may be wrong on that, but it would seem to make sense?
