Falls coming in batches is probably because the first one shakes your confidence a bit and makes you - even if subconsciously - behave differently, move differently etc, and that in turn means you are more likely to lose balance etc as your body tries to compensate for both soreness from the earlier fall and different patterns of movement. I may be wrong on that, but it would seem to make sense?

Good luck to DS for today!
    It does make sense.

    Thank you 😊

The age thing is real, beanie, definitely, and the knocks you take when you fall *must* have an effect.  If there's anything the doc can do via injection, that would be great.

Yes different levels of exercise sounds sensible. They do that in the tai chi I go to. I always choose level 1 for those of us with poor balance. There’s no way I can stand on 1 leg but can rest my foot lightly 👍
    Good luck to ds.
