So the lady who does my bits & pieces has had to give up.
Think I will really struggle to get someone else as this has to go through the books & if people already work then it's taxed.  Otherwise people want cash in hand .
    Scunnered.

Also does anyone know about a company called Brookdale receiving refunds from HMRC?
My maw got this weird letter from HMRC saying a refund would be sent to Brookdale which we both think is a wee bit odd.
Be very very wary there are a lot of unscrupulous repayment agents out there 😡
WE have decided that she should ignore it.
    Very very weird.
The amount of details in the letter from HMRC are quite scary though.
    Will send you a PM.
    Thank you  :)

Beanie, this sounds like it might be the same sort of issue:

Sorry to hear about your helper.  Hope you find someone soon.

Brooksdale is mentioned in this article: https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/news/article-11006275/Readers-expose-shady-firms-pocket-chunk-tax-refund.html

    Physio was not the best.
This bug or whatever it is is not for shifting which is not helping of course.
Sorry, just not at my best.
