Glad your DS was able to help - and lives close enough to do so.

Nice that you had time with your mum too.

    Good luck with the scooter.

Annoying about the scooter, but glad you had some time with DS and a lovely lunch with your Mum.

    Have a good weekend :)

Our leisure batteries in the van reportedly last 4 years and we are starting year 5 with them so I feel for you re the scooter.

Our DS is coming for lunch on Monday. After a month of no work (as an agency worker for RM, their contract was ceased in Feb when he was on leave, until the end of the financial year - despicable lying by RM management about why no post) - anyway, he has no money so I am freezer diving for a piece of beef I bought YS last year which I will roast before turning off the electric aga for the next two seasons
