DS is fairly close but has a very busy life.

Our leisure batteries in the van reportedly last 4 years and we are starting year 5 with them so I feel for you re the scooter.
Our DS is coming for lunch on Monday. After a month of no work (as an agency worker for RM, their contract was ceased in Feb when he was on leave, until the end of the financial year - despicable lying by RM management about why no post) - anyway, he has no money so I am freezer diving for a piece of beef I bought YS last year which I will roast before turning off the electric aga for the next two seasonsSave £12k in 2026 #2 I have banked £10,836.47 in 9 months, against a £10k target The Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2026 I have a £3000 annual budget for 2026 - currently £2270.73 to the end of Oct
