How can they possibly not fix something that has an identified list of the issues from an MOT?  Surely that's just incompetence.

Really hope something gets sorted and that you enjoy DS's birthday.

    Absolutly agree 110%.
They tried to tell me a couple of weeks ago that a particular light was on as the car was not driven long distances!!

Oh crikey Beanie. This saga seems never ending, no wonder you're 'done'. Hope you had a lovely celebration with DS and you managed to forget about all car problems for a few hours. x
  • The car situation seems ridiculous Beanie. I can't bloody believe they could be so incompetent! Mental!!
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Well lets see what joy tomorrow will bring when I speak to the insurance company.

It's good that you're writing about it on here - you've got a lot of evidence about how bad they've been.

Hope it doesn't interfere with your sleep, beanie.

Unfortunately they are rarely 'only' a car - driving is flexibility and freedom to most people, and even more so in your situation.  I sincerely hope the repairers get their behinds kicked and their contract cancelled by a suitably appalled CEO.

I feel like I should go and hug my lovely garage people :D just for the contrast but I suppose leaving them a nice review might be more appropriate.

Hope you managed to get to celebrate with ds. Here’s hoping for good news today. Do motability cover the mot bills as you only have the car because your new one isn’t available yet?

I'm so sorry about the ongoing car sagas.  It's absolutely shocking :(  Hope you had a nice time celebrating DS's birthday though :)
