Good shout - Dr (Professor) Chris Smith from Cambridge University was on the tv locally answering questions and he said the same - nothing to worry about. Just been watching snow on tv in Scotland.....didn’t see whereabouts but hope it wasn’t near you....brrrr❄️😲. Can’t believe we’re in May - we were very spoilt last year though with a beautiful spring.

I was told at my first one to call if I hadn't heard in 10 weeks. My dad called for my mum when she hadn't heard about hers so I don't think it's a problem to call, especially being close to the 12 weeks.
We had snow yesterday, just a little and it didn't lie but I'm not impressed.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000
