Butti is right Beanie - that's how I got through my year of hell 3 years ago. I just focused on one day at a time.

I think because of the recent vote I am worried more than usual about my financial situation changing.
I am trying to concentrate on mortgage as much as possible but unfortunatley due to the age of my wee house I have had to recently spend money on house with more to come.
    & then the bleeping fence.
Am away next weekend which is paid for but I have absolutly NO money to take with me. Need to ponder this further.

That was simple scare tactics to try to beat people into submission, and should simply be ignored.

It's one of the major reasons why Osbourne's political career is deader than tank-tops.

I agree with Z, absolutely - they were doing everything they could to scare us, if they could have got away with physically threatening us, they would have :( Day by day.

I found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1j-Gb8Pk2Pk to have been the most significant speech about that. I think it explains it very well.

Well it would be, as those tactics worked the last time, and the circumstances which gave rise to those tactics then (as Peter Shore laid out) are the same as now.

Does remind me a little of an American Lawyer saying: "When you have the Law, pound the Law. When you have the facts, pound the facts. When you have neither, pound the table."

Unfortunately the rhetoric has left a legacy of dread among many people who still believe what comes out of politicians' mouths.
