Hopefully you’ll get plenty of chances to enjoy the new chair. I know which trainers you mean, they’re really nice 👍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

I'm so sorry you're still waiting for your car. I've been offline. i was fed up with the temporary laptop playing up. it was declared unfixable the week before last. I was due at youngests last Friday so bit the bullet and ordered the same as your new one which arrived at hers the next day. She set it up yesterday and i collected it today.Trying to figure out W10 at the moment. Thanks for answering my questions, it's much lighter than my previous ones. Thanks too to those here who talked about their laptops.Enjoy your new chair and trainers. You're so kind to others sometimes it's good to be kind to yourself too.Sunny but very strong , cold wind straight off the Irish sea here today. Dd and I had a wander down the back garden but soon realised it wasn't good for the joints.Fingers crossed we'll soon see more of the sun and you have your car back.Take carepollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

Hoping to get my driving licence away tomorrow & then once that is back I can finally do HMRC as they appear to need photo id in my new name!! Sigh.

Driving licence is now away so pleased with that as I hit my target of the end of the month.
Only big thing left to do is HMRC & that can be done once photocard licence comes.
In car news I now have another smaller car & still no word of mine,

Glad they've given you a smaller car for now. Hope you get some sunny days and can sit out in your new chair. Yesterday and today were sunny but I've been stuck indoors all day so hope tomorrow will be warm before the temp drops at the end of the week.Do you know when you'll be able to see your mum? I know Scotland is different to here. Judging by the crowds here over the past few days at the beaches I fear we'll be back at square one again.Police have put a dispersal order in force until the end of the Easter bank holiday but it didn't work last time. Nothing wrong with visiting a beach but not in large groups , no social distancing or masks , drinking lighting fires and fighting and leaving masses of litter and damage along the protected coastline.Take carepollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.
