    15 min bursts is the way to go,  I do that and Have even been known to set a timer on my phone 🤣. I have loads of charity boxes mounting in the garage which makes me feel better.

    I did a day at a refugee charity last year and they always tucked a little toy into the children's coats that they were sending to the camps around the world.  It's such a lovely small touch that probably makes such a difference to people in difficult times.
