No they got a parcel with lots of different things eg cereal, fresh milk, fresh fruit, fresh bread/ rolls, crisps, a snack, tinned fruit, tinned custard/rice, dilluting juice. Anything else we have on a week that may be appropriate.teafor2 said:Hi Beanie

I am still struggling energy wise
So have gone back to my old faithful of 15 minute bursts.Can’t remember if I said but I have been carrying on with the decluttering slowly and am very very pleased with where I am at. A couple of weeks ago I wore a different pair of shoes every day & they all ended up going. No point in keeping them if they kill my feet. Hi Beanie, hope you've recovered from your fall earlier in the week. The FB parcels are lovely - I remember doing those for people besieged in Sarajevo, including something that was more than just survival, it was really positive.

Morning Beanie Sorry to hear energy levels are low. I think 15 minute bursts are a good idea, it's amazing what you can achieve in such a short space of time and you're obviously seeing the benefit of all your decluttering now. I get waves of sadness about the dog so I know what you mean about your boys

Well done on the decluttering- it’s surprising what can be done in 15 minute stints. That’s been how I’ve been sorting my kitchen cupboards. A great way to sort out shoes too - wearing them to test comfort levels. 👍
