Have had a lovely day thanks everyone.
Went for lunch which was fantastic.
Had a cheeky kir royale & a raspberry gin.
We went to the local mill shop after for a quick browse.
My mum very kindly treated me to jeans & a top.
We dident stay there long as it was so hot with our masks on.
That is the first time I have been in a shop which is non food since before lockdown & I have no desire to hurry back to any.
Just for now all is well with the world.

I've just read through the pages of your diary since I've been off the boards. Beanie I am so sorry to read the sad news of your beloved cats. You've had some really beautiful posts on your diary and they say everything I would like to. I do hope it won't be too long before you have another little friend to keep you company.I'm was pleased too to read that things had resolved themselves with DS and hope it won't be too long before you visit in their new home.Glad too that you had had a smashing day out today with your mum. The Kir Royale sounded delicious!😋Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Glad to hear you had a lovely day... I also had to google kir Royale. It sounds delicious. It's amazing that we don't realise the weight of worry/sadness etc that we carry around with us until it lifts! I hope tomorrow is as lovely for you as today was. X
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy6 -
I didn’t have to Google Kir Royale by the way. There aren’t many drinks that have escaped my attention 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
